What will you be doing?As an Assistant Center Director, you will work with the Center Director, teachers, and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:- Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
- Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.- Maintaining all staff files and facilitating the hiring of new staff.- Handling administrative duties within the center office.- Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.- Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
