We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee our IT operations. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology future and ensuring that our technological resources align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Guide the executive leadership on the strategic use of technology to meet key business objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's long-term technology roadmap.
Budget and Resource Management: Advise on and manage the technology-related budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize technological investments.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between various business units, IT operations, and software development teams. Your role will ensure cohesive technology operations across all departments.
Technology Advocacy: Be the go-to leader for all technology-related initiatives and discussions within the executive team, advocating for effective solutions that meet business needs.
Solution Development: Assist business units in identifying and defining business cases, then lead the development of technological solutions tailored to these needs.
Vendor Relationship Management: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
User Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies aimed at improving user experience and increasing customer satisfaction across our technology platforms.
Required Skills:
Proven experience managing all aspects of technology operations, including planning, budgeting, and organizing data management or modernization projects.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with teams involved in data management, resource development, and IT operations, enhancing our data modernization efforts.
In-depth knowledge of national standards for data and IT security, particularly those pertaining to the protection of sensitive health information.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience collaborating with government entities on data and IT-centric projects is highly desirable.
