Responsibilities
• Perform flight operations in accordance with company procedures and FAA regulations• Flexibility for on-demand, ad-hoc, 24/7/365 flight operations• Execute non-flight duties such as loading, TSA, Hazmat, etc.• Coordinate selection of new flight crewmembers• Distribute timely and accurate information to crewmembers• Monitor proficiency and technical knowledge of crewmembers• Conduct ground and flight instruction and checking• Monitor and approve contracted training agencies• Develop and maintain crewmember training material• Administer disciplinary action involving crewmembers• Assign and direct crewmember training days• Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements
• Current First Class Medical• Current Passport for travel into/out of the United States• Must be based in El Paso, TX• Must hold Airline Transport Pilot certificate with fleet experience in turboprop or light jets• On-call duty 24/7 per company Ops Specs• At least three (3) years experience as PIC of an aircraft operated under parts 121, 125, or 135• At least three (3) years experience as a Chief Pilot or aviation management role• Ability to lead pilot group and assist in training, recruitment, and retention• Effective written and verbal communication• Team-oriented with inclusive and motivating work environment• Action-oriented, makes quick and efficient decisions
