About Us:
We are a financially robust non-profit behavioral healthcare organization with a significant impact in the field. With operational sites across CT and nearly 6000 patients served daily, we are on an exciting trajectory of growth. Over the next 18 months, we are expanding with the addition of 4 more sites to our network.
The Role:
As the Chief Medical Officer, you will be at the forefront, overseeing the medical services of our agency. Join us in shaping the future as we expand into primary care services to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide administrative oversight for medical services
Direct physicians, physician assistants, psychiatrists, and APRNs
Drive the organization's clinical strategy
Ensure clinical programs comply with regulations and standards
Foster a team of compassionate care providers
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Connecticut medical license
Five (5) years of clinical practice
One year of clinical supervisory/administrative experience
Board Certified in psychiatry
Previous experience in a chemical dependency treatment environment

Salary Range: $350,000-$400,000
