Come join our fantastic team!We are looking for a skilled Chief Maintenance Engineer to take on the maintenance operations of the Hilton Garden Inn. You'll be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, establishing and maintaining standards throughout the hotel, and meeting financial goals. You need to be sharp, attentive, and detail oriented. If you find satisfaction in solving problems, fixing mechanical issues, and maintaining public guest areas, then we would love to meet you!Pay: $45,000 / yearBenefits (If Full Time): Full-Time Associates receive benefits include health, dental, vision, and short term and long term disability, life, 401(k), paid time off, and other employee discount benefits through our HR-provider LL Roberts.Responsibilities:Plan and manage rooms and related public areas of operation.Establish and maintain all supplies needed within the department and monitor inventory.Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.Service areas to keep them fully operable for guest comfort and safety, as well as employee safety.Respond timely and courteously to guest maintenance requests.Assist with the upkeep of hotel grounds.Schedule periodical work reports to improve working efficiency of the Engineering department.Plan and implement multi-skills training for staff to improve work efficiency and quality.Coordinate with the Security department, hold fire prevention and safety meetings and ensurethe effective operation of the fire prevention system.* Monitor the energy usage, making statistics of energy consumption, and impose energy savingmeasures.Additional Information:Please note this job description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required for this job.
