Your Role:
As our Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead the development and execution of human resources strategies that support our mission and strategic vision. Working closely with the CEO, the executive team, and the Board of Directors, you will provide strategic leadership and articulate HR needs and plans. You will play a critical role in shaping our workplace environment and ensuring the effectiveness of our HR initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our mission and strategic goals.
Serve as a strategic business advisor on key organizational and management issues.
Plan management succession to align with organizational strategy and objectives.
Design and execute comprehensive recruiting and retention plans.
Develop competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
Provide advice and counsel on employee relations issues.
Lead or oversee HR investigative activities to ensure proper conduct and conclusions.
Manage and enhance our HRIS and ATS systems, maintaining key staffing metrics.
Oversee compliance with background screening requirements and ensure alignment with state and federal regulations.
Conduct training for managers and employees on various HR-related topics.
Regularly review and update personnel policies and procedures.
Who You Are:
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; advanced coursework or graduate degree preferred.
You have professional HR certifications (SPHR or PHR preferred).
You possess a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR executive role.
You are proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
You have a proven track record in talent management, leadership management, retention strategies, and performance management system design.
Your interpersonal communication and presentation skills are exceptional.
