Chick-Fil-A Maintenance Application

Position This position will be responsible for oversight and coordination of all major and minor maintenance related tasks in both the Fort Collins and Timnath locations, and will work collaboratively with Front of House and Back of House teams in order to preemptively care for all machines and diagnose equipment not working properly. They will need to follow Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures regarding the responsibility matrix and appropriately and quickly make decisions.
Maintenance Roles/Expectations  Repair and maintenance of the Fort Collins and Timnath CFA locations Complete monthly maintenance calendar Complete monthly cleaning projects Care for all CFA vehicles (oil changes, car washes, other issues) Complete Facilities checklist as updated by operations Communicate to operations leaders daily regarding maintenance issues Report to operations leadership Maintain a detailed inventory of parts, tools, facility, records, and planned maintenance using our online tool, UPKEEP Communicate with outside vendors and support center facility staff as needed including Smartcare Be proactive in ensuring our equipment and overall upkeep of the facilities Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Have a flexible schedule Experience in hospitality and or restaurants preferred Skill set in repair and maintenance of equipment including mechanical, plumbing, electrical and basic repairs.
