Responsibilities
• Operate processes to meet quality and productivity goals• Prioritize tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors• Participate in safety meetings• Review and update SOPs and Learning Resources• Complete personal and plant goals• Assemble and disassemble production equipment• Perform basic maintenance• Promote safety culture• Complete assigned training• Cross-train peers
Requirements
• Must be clean shaven for safety• Ability to wear full face respirator and protective gear• Ability to pass respiratory and physical tests• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders• Ability to roll cylinders up to 200lbs• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends• Positive and safety-oriented attitude• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment• Effective communication skills• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities• Ability to work under pressure• Participate in emergency response team• High school diploma or GED required• Associates Degree in Applied Science preferred• 2+ years experience in process operations preferred• Experience in hazardous material handling desirable• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems preferred• Knowledge of root cause investigation and Lean manufacturing preferred• Computer literacy preferred
