And here is a sneak peek, how life at allnex sites looks like - Position overview Are you looking for a great opportunity? As a Production Supervisor you're going to be responsible for safe and efficient day to day operations of designated production area. You'll supervise group leaders and production operators, plan and prioritize daily operations to ensure operations run efficiently and according to schedule.

Responsibilities Ensure safe operation of all production processes. Ensure employees are working safely at all times. Support and comply with all requirements of ISO/QMS and SHE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Communicate production priorities to group leaders and operators. Assign daily tasks as needed. Administrative duties tasks such as employee time entry system, overtime assignment as necessary, shift reports, batch reports, maintenance work orders, incident reports, etc. Coordinate employee training activities and ensure all training requirements are met. Validate employee competencies. Develop and enhance group leader skills. Prioritize workloads requirements to meet production supply plan demands. Sign safety work permits. Interacts with maintenance and the lab to rectify and address problems. Troubleshoot problems in the production area in Operations as necessary. Administer discipline as necessary. Make timely and appropriate notifications in such cases as of spills, injuries, late deliveries, etc. Receive instructions for production manager. Apply the Corporate Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and implement effective affirmative action to assist the Company in the attainment of goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned. Required skills and experience 5 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment, within chemical are preferred. Leadership experience is a plus. Experience in a union environment is a plus. Available to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends on occasion. Fluent English is required. Qualifications High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Science our Business field a plus.
