This is a Weekend Night Shift Position:Friday thru Sunday 6pm-6:30amBENEFITSShift premium of an extra $5.00 per hour$3,000 sign-on bonusUp to 10% Retirement Contribution$500 per Year Wellness Incentive Two Weeks Starting Paid Time OffMedical, Dental, and Vision -Eligiblefirst day of the month following hire date.JOIN A TOP WORKPLACE -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nlFHnnfvhkProduction Operator The primary purpose of this position is to load and unload bulk products, manufacture liquid products, and package finished products in non-bulk containers that meets the needs and quality of our customers.Primary responsibilities include:Blending and packaging of liquid chemicals in a GMP environment.Inspection, cleaning, and filling of drums and totes.Loading and unloading of tank trucks and railcars.Drawing samples of incoming product and finish blends and compounds.Cleaning and inspection of blenders and reactors.Operation of machinery as directed by supervisor.Attend all mandatory training.Active member of Milwaukee's Emergency Response Team.All staff members are responsible for reporting food safety problems to their supervisor or the SQF Practitioner upon observation of a known or potential issue.Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers.Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant.REPORTING STRUCTUREThis position reports to the Production Supervisor. PREFERRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of one-year experience preferred in chemical processing or other manufacturing industry.Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS OfficeMust have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.Mandatory drug screening is part of the pre-employment process.
