Job Description:

Alphabet is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through chat channels.2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5.
