Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Nextdoor is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat services.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat communication.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and technical support.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues with products or services.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.5. Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.6. Experience with people management and research.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.9. High school diploma or equivalent.
