Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role will require a minimum of three years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with team members to improve chat support processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Three years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and independent personality traits- Strong teamwork and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
