Job Description:Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat- Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary- Providing product information and recommendations- Assisting with online orders and returns- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality- Proficient in persuasion and critical thinking skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
