Job Description:CenturyLink is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through chat-based communication. The ideal candidate will be confident and resilient, with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through chat support to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses - Document all interactions with customers in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with team members to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience - Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
