Chat Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:As a Chat Support Representative at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online chat platforms. This is a work-from-home position based in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner via chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with products or services- Provide technical support for website navigation and online transactions- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers to ensure a positive experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with a team of support representatives to ensure seamless customer service delivery- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or support roles- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy- Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues- Proficiency in using chat platforms and online communication tools- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
