Arrow Electronics is seeking a passionate and independent Chat Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience.
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and resolving any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and problem-solving skills to address customers' needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, online environment. You must be able to work independently and efficiently manage your time to meet customer needs and expectations.
In addition to the personality traits of being passionate and independent, the successful candidate must also demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
