Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer. In this remote work position with Lear, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize resources and tools to research and resolve customer inquiries- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Resourceful and independent work ethic- Strong planning and time management skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection
