DTE Energy is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time position, this entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and support. The Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and timely responses to customer inquiries through chat support channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via chat support- Assist customers with account-related issues, billing inquiries, and technical support- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other customer service representatives to provide a seamless support experience- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
