Job description:

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated and confident Chat Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other support team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.2. Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.3. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software.
