Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team at DISH Network on a part-time remote basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they deliver high-quality customer service and support through our chat platform. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, US, and is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service.2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.4. Analyze chat support metrics and provide reports to senior management.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in a chat support management role.2. Independent and dedicated personality traits.3. Strong problem-solving and project management skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
