Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at SAP in New York City, New York. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise the chat support team, ensuring they provide timely and effective support to customers.2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy, providing feedback and coaching as needed.3. Analyze chat support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.4. Develop and implement chat support guidelines, processes, and best practices to optimize team performance.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve the team's performance.7. Provide regular reports and updates on chat support metrics and KPIs to management.
Requirements:1. 7+ years of experience in technical support or customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.5. Driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.6. Experience with chat support software and tools.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
