Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at Eastman Chemical in Dallas, Texas. As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support representatives who provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all chat interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management- Develop and implement procedures and policies for chat support operations- Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution as needed- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Develop training programs and materials for chat support representatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 6+ years of experience in customer service or chat support- Previous experience managing a team of support representatives- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Adaptable and driven personality traits- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and chat support technology
