Job Description:

Jones Financial is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.2. Monitor chat support conversations to ensure quality and accuracy in responses.3. Develop and implement chat support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.5. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions.6. Maintain a positive and energetic work environment for the chat support team.7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in chat support management.

Requirements:1. 7+ years of experience in customer service or chat support.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.3. Reliable and energetic personality traits.4. Experience managing a team of customer service representatives.5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.6. Knowledge of chat support software and tools.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
