Job Description:
We are looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Mosaic in Chicago, Illinois. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support representatives and ensure they meet performance goals- Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and provide feedback to representatives- Develop and implement training programs for chat support representatives- Monitor chat support metrics and provide regular reports to management- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions- Collaborate with other departments to improve the chat support process- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support
Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chat support role- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong presentation and planning skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Experience managing a team of chat support representatives is a plus
