Job Description:
Best Buy is seeking a Chat Support Associate to work remotely from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires 3 years of experience in a customer service or tech support role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with excellent decision-making and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through chat services, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations.2. Utilize a variety of tools and resources to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their needs.3. Document all interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.4. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and escalate complex issues as needed.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.5. High school diploma or equivalent.
