Job Description:
Ryder System is seeking a hardworking and driven Chat Support Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to address customer inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product and service information to customers.3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any other related requests.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.6. Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.3. Strong written communication skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Strategic planning and people management skills.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
