Job Description:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and guidance to customers- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems- High school diploma or equivalent
