World Fuel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Chat Support Assistant in San Francisco, California. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is reliable and has strong people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Support employees with personal and professional development

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision- Energetic and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries- People management skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
