Burlington Stores is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time, entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat messaging- Assist customers in navigating the company website and online shopping process- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find innovative solutions- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a passion for helping others is a must- Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions- Comfortable using technology and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
