Verkada seeks a German/English speaking Channel Sales Manager to help manage the on-boarding, growth, and development of key Verkada reseller partners in/around Germany.You will:Become an expert in all-things VerkadaWork collaboratively with Verkada sales teams to identify key opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and remove potential obstaclesEducate partner executives and sales teams on Verkada products, programs, promotions, pricing and sales campaignsDevelop and execute customer-facing and internal partner marketing activitiesConduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure aligned with objectivesRegularly report on partner achievements and assigned metricsMake recommendations regarding channel partner program tools, incentives, and go-to-market messagingRegular travel in/around Germany to meet with partnersYou have:Native or Business Fluent German and Business EnglishLong tenure in a Channel Sales roleHighly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and hold strong presentation skillsAn understanding of selling through partnersPatience and drive to create your own leadsA proven ability to exceed targets using a sales methodology, and can articulate how you have ensured your own successExperience in Salesforce (not essential, but a huge advantage)You are:A self-starter: You have the discipline and drive to create your own pipeline generationOrganised: You think and act logically to facilitate moving deals on in volumeCurious and analytical: You use a data driven approach to make your territory planAble to challenge the status quo: Your ability to build strong relationships enables you to influence and effectively challenge the normCreative: Marketing forms part of your ecosystem, and you will be at the forefront of these plans for your territoryMust live in one of the major cities in Germany (Berlin preferred)
