Responsible for Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain Management Change Management activities within one of the organizations' top strategic initiatives.The goal is to ensure the new system and processes are embraced, adopted, and used effectively to drive better business results.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Cloud ERP Program and pillar leadership, and system implementation partner, to oversee and implement change management and communication activities and resources to maximize employee adoption of changes associated with Supply Chain Management (SCM) business process transformation.Partner closely and effectively with Program Change Management Lead, SCM pillar leadership and pillar project managers.Assess, evaluate, and report on change impacts, risks, and the potential effects of change initiatives on employees and customers; create risk mitigation and contingency plans.Develop and manage pillar communications and partner with program leadership for consistency and alignment across the program.Support and contribute to training program delivery ensuring user adoption and reinforcement. Manage measurement systems; work with program leadership to track utilization and proficiency.Engage closely with stakeholders and build relationships to identify and address concerns related to program change impacts. Identify, manage, and support Supply Chain super users.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SCM change initiatives are integrated with other major program interdependencies and consider user and organizational impact.Create proposals, contribute to documentation, and draft/deliver presentations to various audiences, including program team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with Project Management and Change Management teams within the program to ensure alignment, timely completion of deliverables, and overall engagement.Demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Processes and modules in scope include:Source to Settle – Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Accounts Payable, Employee ExpensesPlan to Manufacture – Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Cost Management, MaintenanceIncident to Resolution - B2B Services, Service Contracts, Service LogisticsKnowledge and SkillsYears of experience required: Minimum of nine to eleven (9-11) years progressive experience in change management, communications, project management or combination.BA/BS in business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Solid understanding of how change and change processes impact an organization's environment internally and externally. Experience with large-scale organizational Supply Chain change efforts.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and move toward a common vision or goal; problem solving and root cause identification skills.Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools - Prosci® ADKAR experience and Prosci® certification is preferred.Excellent active listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; self-motivated, tenacious, adaptable, and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics; accurate, above average attention to detail, and ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
