If you are a Change Management professional, please apply now so that we can contact you as soon as an opportunity aligned with your skills/experience arises.Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Change Lead, apply the Enbridge methodology to develop the change management plans and deliverables: stakeholder assessments, communications plan, sponsorship roadmap, coaching/training plan and resistance management planDevelop resources for employees and people leaders to support successful change – job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites and training.Coordinate logistics for change-related employee engagements like on-site information sessions, strategic planning meetings.Track change team activities of multiple workstreams (HR, IT, Safety & Reliability, Supply Chain etc.) to ensure adherence to project timelines.Maintain the stakeholder impact assessment register capturing change impacts following key decision points.Qualifications:Must Have Qualifications:Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources or EducationBusiness analysis experience5-7 years of broad business experience2 years' experience in Change Management executing change management plans on a large project
