Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the impact of proposed changes and develop strategies for successful adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to project leads.
Craft and deliver presentations, spearheading communication and training initiatives.
Develop and execute change management plans to minimize resistance and maximize user adoption.
Conduct assessments to identify stakeholders, analyze potential impacts, and evaluate change readiness.
Utilize industry-standard methodologies and tools to drive stakeholder engagement.
Produce key deliverables like communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Partner with various business units to achieve project success and promote organizational transformation.
Coach leaders on facilitating successful change initiatives.
Implement effective communication processes that support the project team.
Gather stakeholder feedback and relay information to the program team.
Ensure timely completion of change management deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience on major change or transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Public Health, Public Policy, Health Policy, or Health Economics (preferred).
Training in Change Management or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification (a plus).
Experience guiding federal organizations through change is essential.
In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven ability to coach managers and leaders in change initiatives.
Experience with change management in healthcare (preferred).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Experience developing and executing change management plans.
Proficiency with project management tools and change management principles.
Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
Security Clearance Required:
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 57,000.00 149,000.00 Per Year
