Cgp: Senior Accountant

Century Group has partnered with a great company in the manufacturing industry who is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team. The Senior Accountant will help with Financial Statements, Reports, Inventory, AR and strategic guidance to Department Heads. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $57 to $60 per hour.

Job Description:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and documents.Perform balance sheet, revenue, expenses, and payroll account reconciliations as well as executing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Analyze financial statements for discrepancies.Prepare bank reports on a monthly basis and in a timely manner.Coordinate annual audit and manage data flow to outside auditors.Help with Coordination of yearly budget for all departments/stores.Prepare daily cash report and forecast for cash flow requirements.Prepare monthly inventory & WIP valuation reports.Prepare monthly sales, cost of sales & gross margin reports.Assist with sales tax and property tax filings.Assist with physical inventory reconciliation (twice a year).Other duties as assigned.Provide leadership to Staff Accountants by teaching them how to complete complex financial operations.

Requirements:Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAble to communicate with professionals at all levelsAble to communicate complex information to a variety of audiencesMS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word); Advance knowledge of Excel including high level proficiency of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
