Cfsc Construction Contract Manager For Az And Nm

JURISolutions is seeking a Construction Contract Manager (2-3 years' experience) for an opportunity with our client, a Tech Company, located in Chandler, AZ.

This candidate must be an experienced construction attorney and will provide construction related legal advice and post award contract administration support for live projects. Responsibilities can include drafting and revising contracts, contract negotiations, providing legal advice, and evaluating construction related claims and disputes. Candidates must be knowledgeable in industry contracting practices, have experience with construction related insurance issues and resolving construction related disputes (such as change order requests, nonconforming work, delay), and/or exposure to construction litigation/arbitration. Prior experience within the jurisdiction of Arizona is strongly preferred.

This position is long term, and anticipated to be 24 mos. The hours can ebb and flow weekly, but are anticipated to be ~150 hr/mo. This role is remote, but candidates local to Chandler, AZ or Rio Rancho, NM preferred.
