We are looking for an experienced financial professional to join our leadership team.Responsibilities:Creation of BudgetsOverseeing all firm banking and financial accountsEnsuring the proper administration and reconciliation of the firm's trust accountsSupervising the firm's accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing and general bookkeeping processesCoordination with the firm's CPA for tax planningMonitoring, tracking and analyzing firm data and making strategic recommendations to firm partnersCalculating and monitoring average case values, monitoring changes and trends in the same and making strategic recommendations based upon changesCalculating and monitoring legal production team and practice areaROI and making strategic recommendations based upon the sameCreating profitable compensation plansFinancial projections, modeling and cash flow managementAuditing accountsAnalysis of financial records and reportsCreating and making recommendations of short term and long term financial strategies to the firm partnersMaintaining operations within desired profit marginOversee and supervise all financial processes and systems within the firmPrepare client settlement statementsSupervise administrative staffImplementing financial strategic plans and initiativesQualifications:Supervisor and management experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration8 Years of related experienceDemonstrated mastery of accounting principles, internal financial controls and financial analysisStrong analytical and communications skillsQuickBooks knowledge and experienceA high level of proficiency with advanced formulas and functions of ExcelCPA preferred nut not requiredExperience in legal industry or professional services industry preferred but not requiredAbout Company:Klie Law Offices, PLLC is a growing litigation law firm that takes pride in helping clients through difficult times by providing honest and efficient service.
