About the Role:
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Financial Manager to join our office in Santa Fe. This role is crucial in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, management, and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and accountability.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with N.M. Code 2.20.5.8 concerning Chief Financial Officer responsibilities is preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
