Positions Available:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct formal appraisals of land or real property for various purposes, adhering to industry standards.
- Utilize analytical skills to determine current market values in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
- Perform on-site visits, property inspections, and client interviews to gather relevant information.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, and homeowners, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout the appraisal process.
Requirements:
- Certification in the state of residence.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Dedication to producing high-quality appraisal reports within industry turn times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing customer service excellence.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
