- Utilize the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice to establish current market values.
- Perform on-site visits, property inspections, and client interviews.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, and homeowners.
Qualifications:
- Certification in the state of residence.
