This is a Per Diem, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our patients, while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.Responsibilities:Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressingMonitor and document patient's physical and mental condition, as well as any changes or concernsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicianMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including light housekeeping and laundry servicesCommunicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare teamAdhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and proceduresParticipate in ongoing training and education to maintain current knowledge and skills in caregivingRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare/medical settingPrefer NAR Certification in State of WashingtonExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyCOVID VaccinatedBLS Certification (Preferred)Recent PPD Test or Chest X-RayClear criminal background check(s) & drug screeningAbout ATC Healthcare ServicesEvery single day, we recruit healthcare professionals for jobs in the medical facilities that need them.
