This role is based out of our clinic in Tualatin, Oregon, with the ability to commute to our Salem, Oregon clinic as needed, being required.
THE POSITION Modern Nose Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible for the patient's comprehensive care plan, collecting chart notes, preparing treatment rooms for examinations and assisting our practitioners during medical procedures Maintaining patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information with strict confidentiality Preparing treatment rooms and sterile processing Preparing and administering medications for patients as directed by physicians Administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA Other duties as necessary WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A patient-oriented individual who embraces knowledge with a curious mindset .
