JOB DESCRIPTION Supplier will provide Project Management Services for US Medical Operations in support of: projects and forecast spend for various brands, budget accuracy and alignment, purchase order management, payment resolution, compliance and financial reports. Develop unbranded medical education strategies in collaboration with the medical tactical team (medical director, medical information, HEOR, publications, etc.) Strategic and tactical focus will include the identification of key stakeholders, respective educational needs, and pull-through of tactics Drive medical education activities primarily within two focus areas: Collaborates with US commercial to drive comprehensive congress narrative and prioritizations Digital activities including pull-through of medical education assets leveraging available technologies and channels Oversees the lifecycle management of virtual and in person Congress assets that includes and not limited to: Communicating review and approval timelines for assets Routing assets to agency partners for channel execution Maintaining the master graphics grid for both in person and virtual Congress updates Contributes to key activities related to strategic conference management (e.g. contributes to the development of medical messaging and pipeline priorities at key medical congresses as aligned with medical priorities Provides strategic input on medium of content development Ensures consistency in the design elements and technical applications of booth and digital congress booth materials to ensure cohesion across US Medical ccountable for external facing channel management, inclusive of Client U.S. medical social media channels, third-party digital platforms, and medical-owned websites and microsites - including management of assets across the various channels Engage with Medical Experts (in collaboration with Medical Director) to support Medical Education initiatives Speaker program execution management (i.e. submission of program compliance documentation for internal review/approval, communication of program timelines to internal stakeholders, development of social media advertorials as needed) Manage vendor selection for Medical Education activities Support budget planning and management Manage all internal submissions to ensure compliant execution of activities (eMED, Medical Innovation Board, Social Media Council, Consultancy Agreements, etc.) Facilitate cross-collaboration within MTT and with commercial colleagues to maximize Educational opportunities
