Responsibilities
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events.• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring they are tidy and organized.• Participate in both setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.• Help provide a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate and complete work.• Ability to multitask and handle and move objects.• Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.• Ability to read and communicate in English.• Knowledge of basic arithmetic.• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• At least 1 year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic drinks.
