Catering Sales & Operations Manager

The Catering Manager would be responsible for the following: Client Relations - Corresponding with clients & inquiries in a timely manner. Quote building & menu planning. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and working on building new ones.
Staffing - Hiring, training and supervising seasonal and part time catering staff.
Equipment Maintenance - Keeping our catering equipment organized, clean and in working order.
Event Planning/Coordination - Laying out timelines, communicating with kitchen, staff & other vendors to ensure smooth operation of events.
A successful candidate will have: Several years in the event & hospitality industry.
Able to lift 50lbs periodically.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Basic food knowledge & a passion for learning more about it
Ability to maintain an organized work space
Flexible schedule - particularly in the busy Summer months
Strong attention to detail
Compensation: Salary DOE + Catering Bonus Pool
Medical/Dental (must work avg 30+ hrs/week to qualify)2 Weeks PTO Accrual
