Catering Sales Assistant

Family owned since 1946, Glorioso's Italian Market is currently seeking a full-time Catering Sales Assistant to work side by side with our catering / events manager. With the addition of our new Culinary Center and event space, Glorioso's Appetito, the catering department is experiencing significant growth and offers a great opportunity for the right individual.
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Taking customer orders and keeping them organized among departments Handling database entry information pertaining to catering clients Developing and maintaining client relationships Verifying the accuracy of orders and tracking through completion Assisting in other duties as assigned Requirements * Availability: Monday – Friday with some weekends
* Customer service experience
* Sales experience a real plus
* Minimum 2 years food service industry experience
* Valid driver's license with the ability to make deliveries
* Ability to multitask and delegate
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
