We are in search of a dedicated Catering Coordinator to join our team at Chick-fil-A Pinnacle. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our catering services and elevating the visibility and success of our catering program within the business community. Responsibilities include driving catering sales, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring top-notch delivery standards.
As a vital member of our Leadership & Brand Growth team, success in this position requires a strong commitment to building rapport, executing tasks with precision, and maintaining a diligent work ethic. The ability to set and achieve sales targets and other objectives is crucial.
Pay Type: Starting at up to $20/hr

Our Benefits: Health Insurance Contributions (Full-Time only) Paid Vacation (after 1 year) Access to scholarships at $2,500 per year Sundays off Leadership Development Free Meal for every 5 hour shift Positive Work Environment Qualifications and Requirements: Must use personal vehicle to make deliveries when all store delivery vehicles are being used (mileage reimbursement) Must have driver's license and good driving record Experience in the food service industry is preferred Must be a self-starter and self-motivated Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Passionate about building strong relationships and providing excellent and attentive service Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Work at a quick pace with strong follow-through Ability to multitask, delegate authority when appropriate, and make decisions quickly Be flexible with varied work schedules across mornings, afternoons, and evenings Be able to meet the physical needs of the position including, but not limited to, assembling and carrying orders, driving, and making deliveries Responsibilities: Build new catering business, including but not limited to: Identify potential catering customers and opportunities Identify and build relationships with catering decision makers Distribute catering menus, nutritional guides, and ordering information to potential customers Utilize food distribution to visit at least two new potential customers each week Handle all aspects of catering and sales experience including but not limited to coordinating the order with the kitchen staff, delivering the order, and following up with the customer Check catering orders to make sure they meet requirements, including proper packaging and food temperature Deliver 2nd Mile Service at all times and address customer concerns promptly and courteously Maintain positive and strong relationships with customers and prospects Acquire and maintain certification with the Chick-fil-A Catering program Train the kitchen and management staff on current and new catering requirements Properly maintain and organize catering equipment Responsible for maintaining catering inventory needs Provide and report metrics to management on a regular basis Support special projects and management requests as required Required Skills: Smiles & connects with people, makes eye contact & speaks enthusiastically Self-driven and results-oriented Takes initiative High code of ethics Puts the brand and store vision in front of all decisions made Leads with enthusiasm and passion Positive attitude Expert communicator Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Ready to make your mark at Chick-fil-A?
