Overview: Develops and maintains effective relationships with current and potential Wildwood VIPs Operates in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations. Phone calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers Emails to VIPs without valid phone number but with valid email address Postal mail to VIPs without valid phone number or valid email address Daily analytic reports for VIP status progression Quarterly bonus eligibility based on job and player performance Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategy to build and maintain relationships with Wildwood VIPs through: Phone Calls to VIPs with valid phone numbers. This includes keeping records of the disposition of each phone call. Personalized emails to customers with a valid email address. Direct Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing address Learn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences, etc. Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database. Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to drive incremental visitation. Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurant reservations. Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions, and progress. Identify players with the potential to become a VIP. Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty among current and potential VIPs Assists with Special marketing and promotion events Be knowledgeable of all Player's Club operations Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of the Marketing/Player Development department. Implementing special VIP events monthly in alliance with the Player Development Manager. Qualifications: Colorado Support Gaming License is Required
