Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide fast and efficient service• Handle cash transactions and manage refunds and exchanges• Count money at the beginning and end of each shift• Process specialty products such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales• Enforce age restrictions by checking identifications• Stock shelves and keep the store clean• Check in vendor deliveries and ensure shelves are stocked and organized• Resolve issues regarding bad merchandise• Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned• Must be 21 years of age or older and available to work weekends and holidays
Requirements
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively• Basic math skills required• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check• Personable, positive, detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible• Previous experience in retail or customer service appreciated but not required
