Your role in our mission Work independently to review provider refund checks and apply the provider refund checks to the appropriate Medi-Cal fee-for-service claim lines. Analyze supporting documentation received for provider refund checks to identify required data elements. Other duties related to Medi-Cal financial services such as processing Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollments and responding to incoming correspondence relating to Medi-Cal fee-for-service financial inquiries. What we're looking for Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organization skills. Ability to work independently and adhere to internal timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong writing skills including excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills. What you should expect in this role Must be a resident of the state of California. Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento. #LI-CB1 #LI-ONSITE The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
